Local Delivery From A Local Company
All products we supply are local models with full warranty from the manufacturer. We do not grey market products in from other countries. Generation-e Express provides great products and competitive prices because we have great relationships with our partners.
All our goods are sent by courier. Once your order dispatches, tracking details will be emailed to you. To make sure your goods get to you as quickly as possible, we may dispatch items from different warehouses. In this case you will receive multiple shipping notifications from us with tracking for each delivery.
Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or to parcel lockers. We're sorry if this is inconvenient for you, but it's just not possible.
If there is no-one onsite to accept delivery of the headset, it cannot not be left for you - even with your permission. This is to ensure that your goods don't get stolen by someone else leaving you out of pocket.
Delivery Timeframes
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: All orders are processed within one business day. If an item is not in stock, we order from the manufacturer for direct dispatch within one business day after the order is placed and they then process the order, which typically takes another 1-2 working days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse or the manufacturer to you. Orders are shipped by a range of couriers depending on the product, most of which support full online tracking. After leaving the warehouse, items usually take 2-3 working days to arrive depending on your location.
