Can I cancel an order?

Generation-e strives to be easy to do business with. 

If we have not yet shipped your order you can cancel and we will provide a full refund.

If we have already shipped your order, if the package is unopened we can provide a full refund.

If you have opened your package, there may be reasons why we cannot provide a refund. For example, understandably in the world of global pandemics, personal devices like headsets for example cannot be resold.  Other items can be returned to Generation-e if they are opened but must be undamaged and have the full original packaging in good order.  There will be a restocking fee of 10% in this case.
